Delete your account

DRAFT PLACEHOLDER — not reviewed by a lawyer. This text must be reviewed and replaced before public launch. It makes no final legal promises.

You can permanently delete your TradeGrade AI account and data at any time from inside the app:

Sign in and open Settings.
In the account section, choose Delete account and confirm.

This permanently removes your login, trades, plans, chart screenshots, AI reports, settings and AI usage records. Deletion cannot be undone. You can export your trades as CSV first.

If you can no longer sign in, contact us at the operator (Robert Harrop) at [support email — to be confirmed before public launch] from your account email and we will delete your data.
